Felix Stalder from Zurich University of the Arts presents critical and constructive thoughts on what's wrong with current approaches of using algorithms for decision-making, and how the situation could be improved. His three theses:

  1. We need algorithms
  2. Algorithms are crafted poorly
  3. There is nothing like autonomous technology
